"I moved to Winnipeg in 2018 with a vision — and today Nirapod delivers millions of Amazon packages to our neighbours across Manitoba."

Masud Mallick is the Founder and CEO of Nirapod Logistics Limited — an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating in Manitoba, Canada. A Master's graduate of the University of Dhaka, he built a 25-year career in telecom, supply chain, and operations across Bangladesh and Pakistan before immigrating to Winnipeg in 2018 under the Provincial Business Immigration program.

He launched Nirapod in 2021. Within four years, the company grew to 150+ employees and delivered over 6 million packages. Masud is also a community leader — former Rotary VP, IFRC volunteer, and active member of both the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and the Bangladesh Business Chamber of Canada.
